Sue and Doug’s Condo in Old Town San Diego

View entering the front door and turning right – Main Living area looking toward view of deck and looking SOUTH.

Straight in the front door leads to the kitchen with a small bath on the right.

Another view of Main Living Area looking across toward dining area.

It is hard to put all the views in just a picture – but here is the view from the deck just off the Living Room.

In the distance to the center-right is Pointe Loma and the Cabrillo Lighthouse.

The runway at the airport is at the very left side of the picture.

Opposite corner from last picture – from dining area toward front door – small wet bar at far top of this shot.

Kitchen is on the right.

Turning slightly to the right from the last picture – this is looking across the dining room table toward the kitchen.

This elongated space is a bit odd – but PERFECT for a long table as they have put here.

The main living area is actually the UPSTAIRS.  You then go downstairs for the bedrooms.

View of hallway at bottom of stairs.  Guest room is on the left.  Master BR is at the end of this hallway.

The guest bedroom with queen bed.  Opening on the left goes to a small patio which is open upward to the outside.

Guest bath.  Next to guest BR down the hall.

Master BR  Views to the left are the same views as from the upper deck in the living room.

Tub and shower in Master Bath.  Very nice!

View looking into large walk-in closet area and toward an indoor/outdoor storage area that is partially covered – unique.

View from the Master BR.  Very nice.
